Program Format

Wellness Reset can be delivered as:

Sample Day

9:00am - Check in

10:00am - Mentally Shredded RX Program (workout)

11:30am - 1:1 Connection & Conversation

12:00pm - Family Style Lunch

1:00pm - All group conversation

2:00pm - Independent Activity

2:30pm - Small Group Activity

3:30pm - Break for Stretching and Breathing

4:00pm - Off site group activity followed by dinner (optional)

The Method

The Mentally Shredded 3-in-1 Method is an immersive mental resilience experience designed to help individuals prevent burnout, regain clarity, and build sustainable well-being through movement, guided conversation, and community. By bringing together Subject Matter Experts, Licensed Mental Health Professionals, and the Mentally Shredded Methodology, the 3-in-1 Method bridges the gap between mental health awareness and practical, preventative care.

Research & Impact

More than 1,000 individuals have participated in Mentally Shredded Foundation programming.The methodology is currently being evaluated through an IRB-approved research initiative focused on burnout prevention and mental resilience.
